Duffield Associates has been a regional leader in engineering and science services with a water, soil and environmental focus since 1976.  Similarly, CABE has been a leader in the design of water and wastewater treatment for municipalities, utilities and the industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic region for the past 40 years.

Former CABE CEO and a Director in the new company, Lee Beetschen notes “CABE first teamed with Duffield Associates on an industrial project in Sussex County, DE almost 40 years ago.  That began a successful collaboration that, as a result of the merger, will continue well into the future.”
