Mark Downes, the Assistant Director of Project Production, has more than 25 years of engineering experience in the Delmarva Peninsula and has successfully managed a myriad of project types, for a diverse group of clients. With a commitment to client satisfaction, Mark represents an exemplary level of client service that has kept many clients returning to CABE for superior levels of municipal engineering services. As a lead engineer at CABE, Mark has also tutored many of the junior team members in the trade, underscoring the firm’s commitment to the continued education of its staff. Mark is a member of the  American Water Works Association, American Society of Civil Engineers, Delaware On-Site Wastewater Recycling Association, Delaware Rural Water Association and Water Environment Federation.
